1. Authenticity Guarantee
We take authenticity seriously. Every item listed on our site is thoroughly inspected and verified by our in-house team of experts. We guarantee that all products are 100% authentic. If you believe an item you received is not as described or inauthentic, please contact us immediately at secondluxefinds@gmail.com.
2. Returns & Evaluation Process
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- You must initiate the return within the 5-day window.
- Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process:
- Contact us at secondluxefinds@gmail.com to request a return authorisation.
- We highly recommend using tracked courier service as Second Luxe Finds won’t be liable for any loss or damages.
- Upon receiving your return, our team of experts will inspect the item to verify its condition.
- If the item passes inspection, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping fees) to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the item does not meet our return criteria, we will notify you and return it to you at your expense.
3. Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
